Six new buffet menu choices at Master Po

As the Christmas season arrives, folks looking for Chinese food for their parties and gatherings can now satisfy their appetites with the new buffet menu choices at Master Po, a homegrown Chinese restaurant in uptown Cebu City.

Created by the owners of plush Chinese fine dining destination The Ching Palace, Master Po seeks to offer diners and small groups of Chinese food lovers the same quality Chinese cuisine for less the price.

Master Po will make the new buffet choices available for groups of 30, 40, 50 and 60 people starting November 1, 2017. The restaurant is located at Unit 9 Plaza Nouvelle, E. Benedicto St, near the Sacred Heart Center.

“With the holiday season coming, more people are looking for a place for Christmas parties, gatherings, and the likes. These 6 new buffet menu choices makes Master Po the perfect venue for those looking to indulging their craving for tasty, quality Chinese cuisine,” said Master Po owner Jan Joan Yu-So.

Those interested to avail of the Master Po new buffet menu choices must pre-book function and orders in advance. The second floor of Master Po can accommodate up to 60 people.

6 Buffet Menu Choices

Master Po’s Set A of the new buffet choices includes cabbage roll, plain rice, asado noodles, roasted chicken, beef brisket with mashed potato, fish in mayo, and almond jelly.

Set B includes siomai, garlic rice, beef hoffan, soya marinated chicken, asado pork, sweet & sour shrimp, and red bean glutinous ball.

Set C includes fried dumpling, yangchow fried rice, soy sauce noodles, roasted chicken, sliced beef with vegetable, sweet & sour fish fillet, and red bean glutinous ball.

Set D includes fried spring roll, yangchow fried rice, pansit guisado, spicy lemongrass chicken, humba pork with fried bun, fish fillet with vegetable, and red bean glutinous balls.

Set E includes stuffed eggplant, plain rice, singapore bihon, steamed chicken with chinese sausage, beans with minced pork, sweet & sour shrimp, and almond jelly.

Set F includes steamed vegetable dumpling, bagoong fried rice, asado noodles, white chicken, basil pork skewers, beef steak, baked seafood, red bean glutinous balls, coffee jelly with cream.

Sets A, B, and C come at P285 per head. Sets D and E costs P295 per head while Set F is at P465 per head. All menu choices come with one round soda in glass.
