The presentation of the token was done after the courtesy call of the JICA delegation to the MCDCB to present the inception report of the JICA study for the Metro Cebu Septage Treatment Plant Project. The token also serves as a gift of gratitude towards the Governor for the continuous support of the Province to the advocacy of MCDCB for Metro Cebu. The Province of Cebu has been supporting MCDCB ever since its creation in 2011. Thankfully, Gov. Davide continued to support when he took over as the new Governor last July 2013.
