As part of its 449th Founding Anniversary celebration, the Cebu Provincial Government is inviting everyone to visit the Capitol Social Hall and Dome for a travel fair dubbed “Cebu Journeys” on August 28-30, 2018.
Organizers will set up twenty booths made from native materials, and the participating Cebu towns and cities will showcase their attractions and sell local products and travel packages.
Visitors get to discover the attractions and destinations of the participating localities, book tour packages, and earn the chance to win handsome raffle draw prizes.

Cebu Provincial Tourism Officer Joselito Costas said the travel fair is a way for the province to articulate its Key Development Agenda, by recognizing the role of local government units as well as communities in tourism and countryside development and tapping them as part of the celebration.
“It gives more significance to the observance and importance to the towns, whose contribution to the success of Cebu could not be downplayed,” he said.
