On January 17 2021, the Bachelor Express, Inc. (“BEI”) held its annual stockholders meeting where Olivia V. Yanson, Leo Rey V. Yanson, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Charles M. Dumancas, Rey C. Ardo, Arvin John V. Villaruel, Anita G. Chua, Daniel Nicolas P. Golez, Hernan B. Omecillo, Danny O. Lorenton, and Alfredo O. Ligo, Jr. were re-elected as members of BEI’s Board of Directors.
Following the election, the Board then held an organizational meeting wherein Leo Rey V. Yanson was re-appointed as Chairman of the Board and President of BEI, while Olivia V. Yanson was re-appointed as BEI’s Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
However, Roy V. Yanson (“Roy”), Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr. (“Ricky”), and Ma. Lourdes Celina Y. Lopez (“Celina”) remains to be absent for the meeting even with proper and timely notice.
The reason for their nonattendance is suspected to be because they are hiding abroad as fugitives along with their sister Ma. Lourdes Celina Y. Lopez (“Celina”).
Roy, Celina, Ricky and Emily are infamously known as the “Y4” who have several outstanding warrants of arrest for Carnapping and for Qualified Theft issued by the courts of Bacolod City.
And just recently, Emily has also been issued a warrants of arrest for the crimes of Perjury and Falsification of Vallacar Transit Inc.’s (“VTI”) General Information Sheets (“GIS”). Which are the same questionable GISes that are being used by Y4 to claim a majority of ownership to VTI.
As the Chairman and President, Leo Rey V. Yanson re-assures everyone that even with the challenges faced during 2020. The Bachelor Express, Inc. will remain strong and resilient in its goal to serve the Filipino by staying committed in providing the riding public with the most reliable means of public transportation.
The newly appointed Board are also excited to see how they’ll be able to push boundaries in order to provide quality transportation to every Filipino even with the challenges of a pandemic.
