However, Roy V. Yanson (“Roy”), Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr. (“Ricky”), and Ma. Lourdes Celina Y. Lopez (“Celina”) remains to be absent for the meeting even with proper and timely notice.
The reason for their nonattendance is suspected to be because they are hiding abroad as fugitives along with their sister Ma. Lourdes Celina Y. Lopez (“Celina”).

Roy, Celina, Ricky and Emily are infamously known as the “Y4” who have several outstanding warrants of arrest for Carnapping and for Qualified Theft issued by the courts of Bacolod City.
And just recently, Emily has also been issued a warrants of arrest for the crimes of Perjury and Falsification of Vallacar Transit Inc.’s (“VTI”) General Information Sheets (“GIS”). Which are the same questionable GISes that are being used by Y4 to claim a majority of ownership to VTI.

As the Chairman and President, Leo Rey V. Yanson re-assures everyone that even with the challenges faced during 2020.
