On January 18, 2021, the Southern Star Bus Transport, Inc. (“SSBTI”) held its annual stockholders meeting where Leo Rey V. Yanson, Ginnette Y. Dumancas, Charles M. Dumancas, Olivia V. Yanson and Arvin John V. Villaruel were re-elected as members of SSBTI’s Board of Directors.

Following which, the Board held an organizational meeting wherein Leo Rey V. Yanson was re-appointed as the Chairman of the Board and President of SSBTI and Olivia V. Yanson as the SSBTI’s Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
The Chairman and President, Leo Rey V. Yanson confirms that despite the challenges faced in 2020, Southern Star Bus Transport, Inc. remains to be strong and resilient as it continues to serve the Filipino people by remaining to be committed in providing the riding public with the most reliable means of public transportation.
In addition, the newly elected Board of Directors are excited to see how they can continue to innovate their services to provide quality transportation despite the challenges of the pandemic.
