Cebu City is home to a lot of hotels. That’s no wonder seeing as it’s the heart of the city and is even deemed as the queen city of the south. However, the same could be said for the city beside it – Mandaue. This bustling city has also become a target of rapid economic progression and is only lagging behind Cebu City.
With that put into perspective, it’s only natural that more and more hotels are also being constructed in this city. Several have already been operating and it would do you good to know which ones are the best to stay the night into. This hotel is one of those “you get what you pay for” places. It’s relatively cheap, and the place is just plain okay – no extravagant rooms or whatsoever. A nice thing about this place is is that it has very spacious rooms in contrast to its lobby. And they serve good food too.

For a great room a night plus services, the place is quite cheap – that’s not bad, right? The rooms are spacious and have the basic amenities like good air conditioning and WiFi. This place is perfect for those last minute schedules in your business trips to Mandaue. Aicila Suites also has conference rooms that you can use to hold events like meetings and such.
And did I forget to mention that you need to try out their cuisine? It’s definitely a must try.

Another great bargain, R Suite delivers excellent service at a very low price. The rooms are simple but clean down to the last bit. The staff are very eager to help you with everything you need. All in all, the service you get here are what you normally get in a hotel that you would normally pay double the price you pay here.

The hotel has some great rooms though there are some that needs maintenance. They offer free WiFi and IDD phone calls which is great when you’re doing transactions online. The place also has a pool on the top floor and provides you with a great view of the city as well. It’s easily accessible and you can find establishments near it too.
CityScape also has a conference room which can be used for conventions and such – and it comes equipped with WiFi.

(5) Allure Hotel & Suites
The first thing that caught my eye in this hotel is the lobby. It looks great enough for you to have a chit chat with your client while gulping down food at the same time – I think it’s that classy for me. The rooms are okay, and they’re equipped with WiFi as usual – this includes the lobby too.
All in all, the service is great and it goes along with great food. The place is also just a 20 minute ride from the airport and is relatively cheap as well.

(4) The Orchard Cebu Hotel & Suites
Another place where you can do your business in the lobby – the room has WiFi but sometimes it can get so weak you’d think it’s not even there. The rooms can be a bit cramped though there are some that may accommodate you just fine. The food is okay and the place is located near other establishments and has great road access.

(3) Dohera Hotel
For a relatively cheap price, this hotel is pretty good. It features conference rooms, perfect for conventions and an ideal spot for group meetings – they even have a package just for that too. There’s not that much to complain about the rooms, or the services they offer. Overall, they’re pretty satsifactory.

(2) Alpa City Suite
There’s nothing that I can complain to this establishment, aside from its location – it’s quite far from the metropolitan area. However, its rooms and services more than make up for that blunder. It comes complete with meeting rooms laced with WiFi, so you can easily do your job there. And of course, its features doesn’t end there – there are a lot more in store for you.
