The services truly helped our fellow Filipinos because they enabled us to contact doctors and medical experts for medical advice. So, here are the 11 Free Teleconsultation Services for COVID and other Health Concerns in the Philippines.

11. Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychological Services (Mental health)

The commencement of the pandemic coincides with our darkest hours, particularly for individuals suffering from mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, overthinking, and others. That’s why the Ateneo Bulatao Center of the Ateneo de Manila University offers free psychological counseling services online for everyone. 

They offer “free brief psychological services” to the public amid the continuing COVID-19 outbreak. Ateneo’s Facebook page is where you may sign up for its online counseling services. They are, however, now closed for February 2022. However, you may visit their Facebook page for information on when the services will be available again in March.

10. Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center (Dermatology)

Without having to leave your house, you may speak with a dermatologist or make an appointment with one. Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center offers free online dermatological consultations using Facebook Messenger. Let’s clear those pimples, acne, and other skin problems that are bothering you at home. 

9. CloudPx (Telemedicine)

CloudPx is a Department of Health (DOH) approved Telemedicine partner that allows users to arrange online consultations with doctors. Free consultations are offered. You can contact them through their Facebook page or download their app from Google Play or App Store.

8. UP Diliman Health Services

For those students from the University of the Philippines who want to have a swab test appointment, you can contact UP Diliman Health Services. They are offering free RT-PCR testing. You can schedule a free consultation at uphs.appointlet.com

7. Centro Escolar University’s School of Medicine

Due to the increasing cases of COVID-19, which has been affecting our mental health as well as other uncontrolled co-morbidities associated with movement limits, the CEU School of Medicine will be giving medical support via Teleconsultation. We have personally asked that Dr. Judy Eclarino and Dr. Florinda Canuto conduct a complimentary Teleconsultation for CEU-SOM students, staff, and their families. 

6. Taguig LGU

Also lending its hands to the public through virtual consultation, Taguig LGU. Because of a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases in the city, the Taguig-Pateros District Hospital (TPDH) Outpatient Department recommended Taguigeos take advantage of the free teleconsultation to decrease the risk of infection for both residents and healthcare personnel. 

5. KonsultaMD and Healthnow

For those Globe, TM, and Pandapro users, KonsultaMD and Healthnow are also providing free teleconsultations for customers under tight restrictions especially in Metro Manila. 

4. Dr. Stevoo Drich

A physician from Cebu City is also offering free teleconsultations to people of Southern Leyte as a means to assist those affected by Super Typhoon Odette, which struck in December 2021. You can message his Facebook account. 

3. AXA Philippines

For those AXA policyholders, consult a doctor through audio or video call. You can avail of free teleconsultations through the company’s partnership with MyPocketDoctor.This is one of the great benefits of having an AXA Health Plan.

2. PGH TeleGabay (Covid Inquiries)

PGH TeleGabay is a free program that allows volunteer doctors from the University of the Philippines-run Philippine General Facility (UP-PGH), the country’s principal COVID-referral hospital, to respond to COVID-related inquiries via Facebook message.
