Ulli’s Streets of Asia is part of the Laguna Group of Companies. John Paul Urbina, the youngest of the Urbina family’s second generation, is in charge of operations. The Urbina family founded and grew other local companies such as Café Laguna, Lemon Grass, and Parilya. and Parilya. Dr. Ricardo Urbina and Julita Urbina started the organization, and Jill Viado, their daughter, currently works as CEO.

Krisha Viado, a third-generation member of the Ulli family, is also on the management team. She joined immediately after graduating with high honors with a Marketing degree from the University of San Carlos, inspired by the family business’s evolution from a carinderia to a collection of restaurants. In Krisha’s words, “I loved the idea of building a different story for each brand. I wanted to be part of this story and take part in continuing the legacy that my grandparents started.”

On what sets Ulli’s apart from its sister brands, Krisha notes that “[it] is the more adventurous, fun, and casual brand and gives me a taste and appreciation of cultures different from ours. We honor the culture behind every dish and take our customers on a journey through our food.”

With today’s customer base being more aware and driven by ever-evolving food trends, Ulli’s Streets of Asia and their dedicated team takes on the challenge of offering diverse yet carefully crafted menus across all of their brands to suit discerning tastes.
