The Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) is thrilled to announce the most anticipated event of the year – the MCCI Talent Fest 2023! As a dedicated member of MCCI, we cordially invite you to participate in this grand celebration of creativity and talent within our esteemed business community.

The MCCI Talent Fest 2023 provides an exceptional platform for your employees to showcase their unique skills on a grand stage. Whether they are virtuoso musicians, mesmerizing dancers, compelling actors, sensational singers, or possess any other exceptional talent, we welcome them all!

Both solo performers and group acts are encouraged to seize this remarkable opportunity and showcase their brilliance. This event promises to create lasting memories, fostering camaraderie, and enhancing team spirit within your organization.

Participation Fee

To elevate the event and provide an unforgettable experience for all guests, a minimal participation charge of Php 1,000 for group artists and Php 450 for solo performers would be levied each entry. All funds will be used to improve the event.

Event Details

Criteria for Judging

Rules & Regulations

1. Performance limited to 2 minutes max
2. No dangerous acts, such as the use of weapons, open flames, and ingestion of non-edible products
3. No performances at heights exceeding 8 feet
4. No dangerous stunts
5. Pets are allowed in performances with updated vaccines
6. No provocative costumes

Selection of Winners

1. Judges will deliberate and select winners based on scores.
2. The judges’ decisions are final.
3. Winners will be awarded on the last day of the event.

Rights and Permissions

By participating in the MCCI Talent Fest, participants grant MCCI the right to use their performances for promotional purposes.

Registration Procedure

All participants must be employees of an MCCI member company and are required to submit:

• Accomplished registration form
• Proof of payment of registration fee
• Valid company ID of players (with photo)
• HR Certificate of participant’s employment
• SSS contribution report
• PhilHealth contribution report
• Signed waiver form per participant
