The training program also aims to bolster broadband connectivity across the nation. This effort aligns with Microsoft’s broader commitment to upskill 2 million individuals in the Indo-Pacific region.

This program aims to enhance the cybersecurity posture of individuals and organizations, including democracies, journalists, and government officials. Snapp emphasized the importance of protecting against email hacks and identifying potential threats posed by foreign state actors.
