We will facilitate the replacement of your device with a new Note 7 as soon as Samsung is able to provide the replacement units. If you do not wish to wait, you may opt to replace your Note 7 with another preferred device based on availability.

We understand the importance of staying connected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured, we commit to ensuring a seamless transition for you. Our dedicated customer support team is available to address any concerns or queries you may have regarding this replacement process.
