Huawei opens Exclusive Service Center in Cebu

Aiming to bring the brand closer to Cebuanos, Huawei Philippines recently opened an Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Cebu City. The newly-opened service center is located at Unit A CAIAA Vibo Place, N. Escario Street, Cebu City 6000 and is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
“In the game of phone specifications, we know Huawei is already being loved all the more by Filipinos. But we have found more reasons for Filipinos to choose Huawei – and it is because of the after-sales service we easily offer our beloved customers. Extending this service to Cebuanos, we are hoping that this newly-opened exclusive service center will bring more Filipinos closer to the brand as we offer them hassle-free means to repair and service their Huawei phones,” shared Roberto Javier, Device Customer Service Director for Huawei Philippines. “Huawei is committed to increase the number of ESC’s nationwide to better cater to the needs of our growing customer base.”

What makes the Huawei ESC different from other brands apart from its usual over-the-counter consultation and repair, the service center also offers a wide array of interactive services including the Contact Center which is open daily at 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Huawei will be available to take calls and assist consumers with their concerns. Consumers just need to dial the toll free numbers 1800-18535353 for PLDT, Smart and Sun Cellular subscribers, and 1800-87395227 for Globe subcribers.
