One such haven of assistance is the Brgy. Hall on Mabolo Street, Brgy. Carmen—a bustling hub where the displaced and distressed can find solace in staying connected with their loved ones, despite the calamity’s upheaval. The embrace of care extends to the Cugman Elementary School, where Globe’s unwavering dedication to community support manifests as readily available communication services, allowing flood victims to reunite with their families and share much-needed updates.
