40 The Band has been one of Cebu’s top local bands during the late 80’s. The band was best known back then with their new wave and alternative rock music genre. By playing cover songs of famous music artists during the era was how they learned to play together. Eventually towards the 90’s they’ve already captured the hearts of the music loving Cebuanos with their original song compositions “What I Say” and “Rain” that became local radio hits at that time.

Reunited after 30 years, 40 The Band will join Parilya as they celebrate their second year anniversary this February 8, 2017.
